I haven't said it in a while, but it still holds true: YOU CAN'T BE STYLISH IF YOU DON'T TAKE RISKS. You can be tasteful and well dressed, even elegant; but you cannot be stylish if you don't take a few risks here and there. What's interesting about perfection? Where's the tension in repetition and predictability? I say all this becasue today's outfit is a bit of a departure from my everyday uniform of slouchy and baggy. I don't normally choose clothing to accentuate my curves, but instead to conceal them as a way to play up my height and what remains of my slimmness. It's rare for me to play the 'BOMBSHELL', but I love this (bust increasing) top from Zara. After countless bottom changes I decided mid-rise Madewell white jeans (that definitely accentuate my curves) looked and felt the freshest. (Perhaps it was the bangin' cat-eyes that gave me the courage to strut around like a 1950s movie star...) Not my usual, but it worked out and my husband definitely enjoyed this side of my style personality.
