And then there's the fall floral midi shirt-dress I found last week. I'm all about the midi length right now! I can't get enough! Not every retailer is selling this length so I scour for it when I'm thrifting. The dress fit really well and flattered my shape so buying it was a no brainer.

I reach for basics help to ground the unusualness of the dress. My favorite denim jacket, a  pair of black suede ankle boots, and my favorite black satchel pull it together for a good day look.
