The waistcoat. The sleeveless jacket. The longline vest. Whatever you call them, they're on the rise, and they're here to stay. I love these multitaskers becasue I'm able to find use for them in every single season. A wasitcoat is a warm weather friendly way to pull together casual basics without feeling overdone and overcooked. During cold months a sleeveless coat or vest gives blouses or dresses that extra layer of warmth and a big dose of style.
