A Long Tunic Simply Stated

Let's talk about Forever 21. I'm (deep) in my thirties and have held the opinion that I'm too old and probably too fancy to shop at such a 'young' store. (Mall shopping amongst hundreds of highschoolers would make anyone my age feel that way.) But then I started shopping online. I'm finding things they don't stock in store probably because they're just outside mainstream mass appeal. They're things that take a refined palatte for fashion to appreciate. Things like fringe, boxy cropped tops, and gauchos!
Anyway, I'm loving Forever 21 lately and this long tunic-y shirt-dress is just another find. I thought it'd be great over shorts and bikinis during super hot summer months, but on a cool day such as this it felt fun and different worn over a pair of simple jeans and sandals.
