I've been waiting to wear this skirt for MONTHS!! I found this vintage tartan midi skirt in a thrift store last summer. The whole red and green tartan-ness of it all (not to mention the wooliness) forced me to keep it on the shelf until cooler days arrived. Even then, it never felt right until the holidays came.
