Lately my shopping efforts have been aimed at finding fresh new pieces for spring and summer. You too? I troll my favorite websites searching for whites, pastels, and anything to lift and lighten my fashion mood during these last days of winter. Among all my recent spring purchases I've found these striped Zara pants have been the easiest to 'disguise' as winter appropriate. Paired with neutral basics they definitely nod to spring without appearing oddly misplaced on a blustery winter day. Lesson learned: though my pile of whites and pastels will do well in the heat of spring and summer, I couldn't live without stripes during these crazy transitional days.
